At Wis AI, we stand behind the technical depth and production rigor of The Enterprise AI Agent Blueprint. We want every senior engineer, tech lead, and architect to feel completely confident in their purchase.

1. 14-Day "Not As Described" Guarantee for Digital Goods

For one-time digital blueprint purchases (such as the Blueprint $149 tier):

If within 14 days of purchase you feel that the blueprint and configuration toolkit do not accurately reflect the technical depth described on this site, email us at [email protected] with your order receipt.
Let us know what fell short of your technical expectations so we can improve our materials. We will process a full refund through our payment partner, Gumroad.

2. Subscription Cancellations (Members' Vault)

For recurring subscription products (e.g. Members' Vault $29/mo):

You can cancel your subscription at any time with a single click directly from your Gumroad receipt or customer dashboard.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to member resources until the end of your current billing period, and your card will never be billed again.

3. Implementation Sprints & 1:1 Advisory Sessions

For packages involving dedicated 1:1 engineering consulting time (such as Blueprint + Sprint or 1:1 Agent Sessions):

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session at no cost with at least 24 hours advance notice.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel a sprint before the session is delivered, you may request a refund minus the standard digital blueprint standalone fee ($149) for the materials already delivered. Once a live 1:1 advisory session has taken place, the consulting portion of the fee is non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these simple steps:

Include the email address used during checkout.
Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days, and funds typically return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
