Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of products, content, and services provided by Wis AI ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by Wisam Damouny, through wisai.tech ("the Site"). By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Digital Products & Deliverables
Wis AI provides technical architectural playbooks, configuration files, schema definitions, and implementation templates ("The Enterprise AI Agent Blueprint"):
- Format of Deliverables: Deliverables consist solely of standard plain-text files (Markdown, YAML, JSON schema) and container configuration specifications. No executable software, intrusive binaries, or proprietary DRM wrappers are included.
- Delivery: Digital delivery occurs automatically and immediately upon successful transaction completion via our payment merchant, Gumroad.
2. Intellectual Property & License Grant
When you purchase the Blueprint, you receive a non-exclusive, commercial license to:
- Use, adapt, modify, and deploy the architectural patterns and configuration templates within your personal or employer's internal production applications and systems.
- Distribute internal derived architectural configurations across your organization's engineering teams.
You may not re-sell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly host the master playbook, raw templates, or underlying materials as a standalone commercial product or public repository.
3. Consulting & Sprint Sessions
Purchases that include live advisory or architecture sprint sessions (e.g. Blueprint + Sprint or 1:1 Agent Sessions) are conducted remotely via secure video conference. Scheduling is coordinated mutually via email following order confirmation. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
4. Pricing & Payment Processing
All prices are listed in USD. Payments are securely processed through Gumroad, our authorized merchant of record. Applicable taxes and VAT are calculated and collected automatically at checkout based on your country of residence.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The materials, architectural blueprints, and advisory recommendations are provided "as is" to serve as industry best-practice guidance. While designed to meet stringent enterprise standards, implementing distributed AI agent workflows inherently involves third-party APIs and models. We do not guarantee specific model performance, zero error rates in external LLM providers, or specific business outcomes.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wis AI and Wisam Damouny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the implementation or use of the blueprint templates or advice. Our total liability shall in no event exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product or service.
